Processing Orders
Art House Gifts' business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard/Daylight Time (EST/EDT) Monday through Friday. If you need to contact us during off hours please email our customer service department at customerservice@arthousegifts.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
Art House Gifts will ship in-stock items within 2 business days of processing your order. Business days are Monday through Friday. For Second Day Air and Next Day Air shipments to ship the same day, orders must be placed before 11 a.m. Eastern Standard/Daylight Time (EST/EDT) Second Day Air shipments will be delivered on the second business day after your order ships. Next Day Air shipments will be delivered on the next business day after your order ships. Business days are Monday through Friday. We honor UPS and Fed Ex shipping schedules; shipments are not delivered on Saturday or Sunday and we do not ship on holidays.
Standard shipping will be sent via UPS Ground, Fed Ex, DHL or USPS (our decision) depending on order size, weight, and destination. UPS and Fed Ex require extra transit time when shipping to rural route or remote locations, even when shipping Second Day Air or Next Day Air.
Art House Gifts currently ships to all 50 states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Territories will be shipped two day air only. At this time Art House Gifts does not ship to foreign countries; but may be able to accommodate certain requests, please inquire.
If you need your order to be expedited please contact our “customer service department” we will do what we can to accommodate your requests.
When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation. The confirmation will include the address that your order is being shipped to and a tracking number. The tracking number can be used to locate your package.

Payment and Sales Tax
At this time, Art House Gifts accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. For security purposes you will be asked to provide your billing address and the security code from the back of your card. Personal and cashier’s checks are also accepted.
All Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $25 regardless of the amount of the check or the reason for return. The customer will be contacted for immediate payment.
Because Art House Gifts operates in Michigan, we are required to collect 6% sales tax on orders shipped to Michigan addresses. If you live in Michigan, but your order is being shipped to another State you will not be charged sales tax.
Those that live outside of Michigan will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on Art House Gifts web site unless it ships to a Michigan address, but you may want to check applicable tax laws in your state.
Order Status/My Account
Order Confirmations: Order confirmations will be sent to you via email within one business day of receiving your order. If you have not received a confirmation e-mail, it is possible that your order was not received by us. In this case, please call 1-877-278-1624 or send an e-mail to orderconfirmations@arthousegifts.com to confirm your order.
Order changes and/or cancellations: Art House Gifts works hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. Please call us with changes and/or cancellations immediately. We will do our best to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.
Status of Order: If you would like to check the status of your order, please refer to your confirmation number when calling. Our customer service lines are open Monday through Friday 9:00a.m.-5:00p.m. EST. If we are on another line or unable to answer the phone for some reason, please leave a message with the confirmation number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
