If you are not completely happy with your purchase we will be happy to issue you a store credit. Store credits have no expiration date and are automatically applied to your account once they are issued. To return an item, please refer to our return policy. After the returned item/items are received you will then get an email confirmation. When you place your next order the store credit is automatically applied to your purchase. You can check the balance of your store credit an any time by logging in the "my account" page.
